My Story

I was born and raised in Colorado and now live in Oklahoma with my wife and family. I am a pastor, coach, and leader committed to helping men live with clarity, strength, and purpose.

But I didn’t always live that way.

Early in my career, I found success in management and sales — but I lacked direction. I had drive, talent, and opportunity, yet no intentional path. I was achieving, but not aligned.

Then everything changed.

In my thirties, I was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a life-threatening liver disease. Doctors told me I likely had less than a decade to live without a transplant. Eventually, my body began to fail. I was days from death when I received the transplant that saved my life.

That moment reshaped everything.

I realized success without purpose is empty. Achievement without alignment is fragile. And drifting through life — even at a high level — is not leadership.

For the past 13+ years, I have intentionally rebuilt my life with clarity, discipline, and conviction — strengthening my faith, my marriage, my leadership, and my calling.

Today, I coach high-capacity men who are successful on paper but know they are capable of more — not just professionally, but as husbands, fathers, and spiritually grounded leaders.

My work is about alignment:
